tokidoki Pittura Brush Set: 24 Karat Edition. Original price: 42$Sales price: 24$Price when I used a 20% coupon during a sale: 19$ (plus shipping). I adore tokidoki desgins but I’ve never owned anything from the makeup line. The only tokidoki item I have is a 2012 planner that I used for a month. What? I don’t have a outside-of-the-house life.  I’ve always looked at tokidoki cosmetics but never found anything I wanted. I’ve swatched the four pan palettes but was never impressed. I did want the brush set that had three brushes, but just never purchased them. But hey! Look what I got! A brush set! This is limited edition and retails for 42$ in Sephora’s stores. I almost purchased this last Monday when I walked in but then I remembered that it was on sale on the website and there was a 20% off all sale items promotion going on so I didn’t bother purchasing it for full price. The brushes have a gold and black handle with the usual tokidoki designs. The (synthetic) bristles are white and brown at the top. From left to right: Ciao Ciao Star Powder Brush, Latte Eyeshadow Brush, Adios Star Smudge Brush, and Unicorner Eyeliner/Lip Brush. The charms you see on the right are attached to the brushes, but I took them all since they’re a pain in the ass to deal with when you’re applying makeup. The one thing I have to tell you is that these brushes are so damn soft. I don’t think I’ve ever had softer brushes. These are definitely the softest I own! My favourites are the powder and smudge brushes. Putting on my translucent powder is nice and easy with the powder brush and smudging eyeliner with the smudge brush doesn’t hurt my eyes! I can’t say much for the eyeliner/lip brush because I haven’t used it yet, oops. I wouldn’t use it for eyeliner though. It looks the same as the ELF small percision brush and it’s just not something for eyeliner, in my personal opinion. I’d rather use it as a lip brush. I do have a small issue with the eyeshadow brush. I think it’s too big for me to use. I prefer eyeshadow brushes with smaller bristles. I also feel like it doesn’t pick up eyeshadow very well. Overall, I think this is a great deal if you buy this online and not in store. You’ll be saving a lot of money!
